      • Flats of pop were stored on the floor in the walk-in cooler. Ensure that all food, including flats of pop are stored off the floor.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • A gap was noted below exit door next to the walk-in cooler. Ensure that all exterior doors are well sealed to prevent pest entry.
    • 18. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Several sandwiches and containers of milk were past the best before date (Dec 24-26). The products were stored in the display coolers. Ensure that products that are past the best before date are not easily accessible to customers.
