- There was a dead mouse in pest control monitoring device #12.Remove the dead mouse and re-set the pest control monitoring device. Keep exterior doors closed when not in use. Seal all possible pest entry points such as holes, cracks and gaps.
- 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
- The evaporator coil in the walk-in cooler was leaking causing water to accumulate on the floor.There was a technician on-site for repair. Repair the device to stop the leak and remove moisture from the floor.
