      • Corrective Action(s): Operator prepared a new bleach solution and registered at 100ppm, Operator stated the bleach solution was prepared a week ago, please always ensure sanitizer is prepared daily. please do not use hot water to dilute the sanitizer as this can disipate the chlorine concentration

      • Regular cleaning and removal of food/water sources will help to prevent the presence of pests.
