- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a portable small washing machine placed by the mop/utility sink. This was placed above the sink. This limited and restricts access to this sink and the auto dispensers for the sanitizers. The staff noted this is only placed for day that aprons are washed but due to space limits in the facility this was instructed to be immediately removed.
- Corrected During Inspection: This item was removed by the staff during the inspection. The staff and operator was told to complete professional laundry of the items somewhere else. Aprons must still be maintained and in clean order.
