      • Corrective Action(s): Please store them seperately (reason: hands touched bowl, bowl touched water with rice scoop, rice scoop contaminated), metal bowl needs to be cleaned for every 2 hours

      • Observation: QUATS sanitizer dispenser not in good working order, inspector suspected the reason could be the water was too cold, sometimes when the water is too hot/cold, the solution can be ineffective, please reach out to the technician to have it serviced.
      • Corrective Action(s): Please repair the dispenser (Date to be corrected by: February 4, 2026)

    • 312 - Items not required for food premises operation being stored on the premises [s. 18]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a portable small washing machine placed by the mop/utility sink. This was placed above the sink. This limited and restricts access to this sink and the auto dispensers for the sanitizers. The staff noted this is only placed for day that aprons are washed but due to space limits in the facility this was instructed to be immediately removed.
      • Corrected During Inspection: This item was removed by the staff during the inspection. The staff and operator was told to complete professional laundry of the items somewhere else. Aprons must still be maintained and in clean order.
