      • The sausage fridge was at satisfactory temperature. However, no thermometer was available in that fridge. Please ensure a thermometer is available in all fridges that are intended for the storage of potentially hazardous foods such as meat, poultry, sea food, egg, and dairy.

      • Shelving and floor in the walk-in cooler and Shelving in the front display area were not finished. Please ensure they are finished, smooth, durable, and easy to clean.
