      • Corrective Action(s): Required operator to remove all droppings throughout facility as well as the dead rodent. Ensure to wet all droppings and the dead rodent with bleach sanitizer prior to removing them. Clean and sanitize all areas after. Perform regular cleaning for monitoring and sanitation purposes
