      • Observation: Repeat Violation* The glassdoor in the dry storage area at the right side of the premises has a gap in between the two doors. This gap is large enough to allow pests to crawl through.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure this gap is covered enough to prevent the passage of pests. If this gap is left open, the pest situation will not approve and may cause an infestation.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash station was missing paper towels at the time of inspection. Operator informed staff and the paper towel was restocked immediately.

      • Observation: Rodent droppings were observed around perimeter of dry food storage area, especially in the corners. No food items were observed to be contaminated/affected. Operator explains that perimeters are cleaned in this area throughout the day and end-of-day cleaning is done involving sanitizing with bleach solution. Pest traps are placed around this particular area and the pest control company is scheduled weekly
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure rodent droppings are cleaned and the area is santized thoroughly using 1000ppm chlorine solution. Inspect all food items in that area and dispose of any contaminated foods. Pest control invoice to be provided for during follow-up inspection.
