      • Some chili beef patties were being defrosted in still water. - Patties were moved to be under cold running water. Please ensure items are defrosted using a safe method such as in the fridge below 4C, under cold running water, as part of the cooking process, or in the microwave if going to be cooked immediately.

      • The women's washroom is maintained by Wendys; There was some debris buildup in the sinks additional cleaning is required.- Please clean the sinks, ensure the bathroom is maintained in a clean and sanitary manner.

Cooler was getting emptied and refilled each night due to ice build-up and was recently turned on and filled (in the morning). - High-risk products were removed. Please do not use this cooler to store high-risk products until it can hold temperatures below 4C. Do not recommend unplugging this cooler at night to ensure it is functioning properly.
