      • The main drain cover nearest the far end of the whirlpool is secured with only 3 screws. The other cover of the same make and model is secured with 4 screws but the screws are not installed in a configuration as per the manufacturer's installation requirements. Ensure both covers are installed with at least 4 screws and installed according to manufacturer's installation requirements for the drain cover.

      • Free chlorine levels are not being checked during the evening until the pool is closed for the day at which time many of the readings from the log book over that past weeks indicated the chlorine level at that time was <2ppm and in some cases below 0.5ppm. Free chlorine levels are to be checked and recorded in the evenings when the whirlpool normally gets more use and chemical/controller adjustments made as needed to maintain the free chlorine at least 2ppm and pH between 6.8 to 7.6.When the free chlorine in the pool water is tested and the results come up as over-range, please ensure that another test if done (with dilution method) to determine the actual level of chlorine that is in the pool (unless test is taken at end of day when pool is closing).
