    • 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
      • There were some bingo dabbers (Royal brand) that although the label stated they were non-toxic, also did say to keep them away from children. Do not use these bingo dabbers.There were also some bingo dabbers (Primo) brand that were not labelled as non-toxic and also state on them to keep away from children. Do not use these bingo dabbers.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • The white particleboard cabinet being used for craft supplies has a chipped bottom shelf (exposed particleboard). Repair shelf so that it is smooth, easily cleanable and impervious to moisture.
