- Observation(s): Cold potentially hazardous food ( for example, tomato sauce and mushrooms ) in the cold holding unit were measured at temperatures above 4 degree C (7.8 degree C) at the time of inspection. This increases the risk of bacterial growth and foodborne illness.
- F1.2B Potentially hazardous foods must be stored or displayed at a temperature of 4 °C (40 °F) or colder.

- Observation(s): Sanitizer test strips were not available on site at the time of inspection
- F2.1A Sanitizer test strips must be available for each chemical sanitizer used at the premises.
- F2.3 Are food contact surfaces, utensils and equipment washed and sanitized in a manner that removes/prevents contamination?
- Observation(s): Food handler demonstrated manual dishwashing method using hot water and soap followed by rinse and air dry without a sanitizing step. This procedure does not meet the requirements for proper manual dishwashing under the food premises regulation. Staff must be trained accordingly.
