- Observation(s): Facility did not have chlorine test strips on site to verify the concentration of surface sanitizer. Test strips should be used to verify that the concentration of the chlorine sanitizer is kept between 100-200ppm at all times.

- Observation(s): Previous EHO did not verify if a water system was attached to the facility; thus, an EH Water System (ie. a water system that provides water for domestic purposes to a food premises with up to 2 single family residence connections) is not associated with this file. The facility is on a rural property and obtains water from a spring source. No treatment is currently utilized. The facility does not use water in the production of the product, and only uses it for sanitation purposes. When in operation, the operators use boiled water for the bleach/water sanitizer solution, and brings any equipment used in processing (e.g. mixers, bowls) in private residence to be washed and sanitized.
