      • The operator was using a chlorine solution to rinse the toys after washing.The correct procedure for toy cleaning is to first wash the toys with soap and water, rinse thoroughly with clean water, then sanitize by fully submerging the toys in a chlorine solution for two minutes. Toys must then be removed and allowed to air dry. The procedures were reviewed with the operator.
