Comments Two two-compartment sinks were available for handwashing and warewashing. They were equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel. Bleach sanitizer was available. Refrigerator temperature measured at or below 4°C. Freezer temperature measured at or below -18°C. General sanitation was good. Operator had valid FOODSAFE certificate.
