- - The Buck eye E62 is for food facilities and counters. Quat 200ppm.- The Buckeye E23 is not meant for food facilities and should be taken out of the kitchen.

- 1. Pest control records were not observed. Ensure pest management procedures are implemented, and monitoring is completed once a month and records are available for review.A copy of the AHS pest control checklist can be attached here; https://www.albertahealthservices.ca/assets/wf/eph/wf-eh-pest-control-checklist.pdf2. The back door of the kitchen has a gap. Ensure gap is sealed to prevent pest entry.

- Food safety certification was not observed. Ensure a staff in care and control of the facility completes an Alberta approved food safety certification.

- The hot water faucet of the prep sink was in disrepair. Ensure sinks have running cold and hot water.

- - Build-up of dirt and debris was observed on the fan of the walk-in cooler.Ensure the fan is cleaned.
