- ** - the cleaning sinks were extremely small. Not large enough for any of the food equipment to be used and the business did not apply for a separate homebase that contained larger cleaning sinks. Please install bigger sinks to fit the LARGEST piece of food equipment by submerging completely into the solution OR change your menu to remove cooking equipment OR find a home base to be permitted by AHS that contains proper dishwashing sinks that will fit your largest piece of food equipment for sanitizing.
