    • 205 - Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The sandwich cooler contents ranged from 3C to 12C detected. The thermometer in place reads 3C ambient temperature, pop and juices at the front of the cooler were at 12C.
      • Items stored at the very front away from the compressor and cooling unit are not being adequately cooled. Ensure all potentially hazardous foods such as egg sandwiches, cheese and creams are stored in the back where it is 4C and below.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are stored at 4C and below, such as fresh egg sandwiches. Move any items labelled with "keep frigerated" in the back of the cooler. Place a thermometer at the front of the display shelf to get an accurate reading.
