- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Open can of pineapple observed in service cooler. The open tin can may rust and cause food contamination.
- 2. Sealed boxes of take out food containers stored in the washroom. Food containers and equipment should not be stored in the washroom where it is contaminated.
- Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure to store open cans of food into clean, reusable food grade containers. The tin cans can rust and contaminate the food.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Little pieces of steel wool observed near knife rack after cleaning. Remove broken pieces of steel wool.
- 2. Shelving is stored on grease trap location. Do not store shelving directly on grease trap as it is contaminated.
- Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove pieces of steel wool from storage area. Ensure to clean with equipment that does not break apart and contaminate food.
- 2. Make sure shelving is not on contaminated areas such as a grease trap. Shelving should be at least 15 cm above the floor.
