     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front of the house two steam wands sanitization buckets with 100 ppm QUAT detected. 200 ppm to 400 ppm is required to prevent bacteria growth. The solution was observed to be murky. Timer in place indicated it will be replenished every hour.
     • Corrective Action(s): Ensure solutions for sanitizer is adequate for sanitizing food contact surfaces and equipment. 200 to 400 ppm QUATS is required. The time is set for the solution to be changed every hour but if there is high demand and use, the solution may need to be changed earlier.
