      • Two wall corners in the walk-in cooler walls were observed with exposed raw drywall. Plastic material surfacing was observed to be installed to cover most of the drywall and the operator indicated that the walk-in cooler will be replaced in early 2026. The areas of concern were discussed and shown to the operator onsite. Pictures of the areas of concern were provided along with the report. Ensure that the remaining exposed building material is covered with a finish that is smooth, durable, and easy to clean to prevent mold growth. Provide a detailed written plan of action for the replacement and/or renovation and specifications of the new walk-in cooler via email to the public health inspector by October 27, 2025.

Ensure sanitizing solutions maintain the minimum required concentration for effective sanitizing. The minimum required concentration for bleach is 100ppm, quaternary ammonium compounds solutions is 200ppm, and iodine is 12.5-25ppm.

Inspector was unsure where the water was originating, and staff were not able to provide an answer. Ensure that the source of the water leak is repaired so that there is no water build up near the mop sink.
