- There is a spray bottle with no label on it. Please ensure all spray bottles are labeled correctly to identify the contents. This helps to ensure chemicals are not mixed up or mistaken for water or another chemical.

- Observed missing protective covers for sharp corner edges of the counter infront of the classroom. Operator installed protective covers for above noted counter.
- 30. Are workers washing hands when appropriate and/or in a proper manner?
- Throughout the facility bottled hand sanitizers were observed expired. Facility operator stated the bottles are refilled with new sanitizer. Facility operators were instructed to label the bottles with the new expiration dates.
