- Two packs of raw ground meat were observed thawing at room temperature. Operator moved the packs into the fridge. Ensure approved thawing procedures are followed to prevent bacterial growth. Procedures include thawing in a fridge, in cold running water, or a microwave. Procedures were also provided along with the report.
