      • The bleach disinfection solution concentration was measured below 1000ppm for disinfection of the facility areas. The facility operator was made aware of how to mix a 1000ppm bleach disinfection solution which is to be used during outbreaks. A higher concentration of bleach solution (1000ppm) or a hydrogen peroxide sanitizer solution should be used for enhanced cleaning and disinfection during outbreaks.
