- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No bleach sanitizer was available at the time of inspection. Spray bottle had green clumps and was filled with a hydrogen peroxide cleaner/disinfectant.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure a proper sanitizer is available for sanitizing equipment and food contact surfaces. Do not mix chemicals. Bleach at 200ppm was prepared at the time of inspection.

- 2) Do not switch spray bottle nozzles between different chemicals. Chemicals may mix to produce toxic by-products.
