      • 1) Handwashing sink was obstructed by a sanitizer pail and there was food equipment stored around it.-Ensure handwashing sink is always accessible2) Paper towel was stored in a stack.-Ensure paper towel is dispensed in a manner that protects the bulk supply

      • Ventilation canopy filters were very dusty.-Clean regularly

      • Unfinished wood was observed under the microwave on the counter. Please paint/seal this wood such that it is impervious to moisture, cleanable, and smooth.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Protective film was left on the dishwasher. Please remove all the protective film to aid in cleaning and sanitizing.
