      • 1. The automated controller was observed with the sample block turned off. The filter cap/screen was removed, and the accumulation of sediment/debris was cleaned. Ensure that automated controllers are checked daily to verify proper operation and normal functioning. **The automated controller was repaired during the inspection.2. The pH readings of the automated controller are not consistent with the manual water testing. Ensure the probes are cleaned and calibrated to be consistent with the manual testing.
