      • No general sanitation plan was available on request.-Develop general sanitation plan for the facility.

      • The ambient temperature in the pool premises was measured at around 30 degrees C and condensation on the windows was observed.Peeling of paint was also observed.-Monitor and reduce the temperature of the premises which may help in reduction of the condensation of the windows.

      • Records of automated system readings and SVRS testing are not being maintained.-Ensure automated readings are recorded at least once a day, and SVRS testing is recorded at the frequency which the manufacturer requires it to be tested

      • Patron education (section 11) - there is no method of informing patrons that bathers under 36 months and anyone who may be incontinent should wear protective, water-resistant swimwear.-Develop a process to educate patrons on this requirement
