      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine concentration in 3-compartment measured at 10ppm.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure Chlorine concentration is 100ppm in the 3-compartment sink.
      • Operator sanitized the dishes again.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): a) Observed open bowl of ice has some particles in it and scoop stored in the bowl of ice (REPEAT VIOLATION).
      • b) Observed open container of coconut oil.
      • Corrective Action(s): a) Bowl full of ice dumped during the inspeciton and operator washed and sanitized bowl and scoop, and refilled the bowl. The operator covered the ice bowl and stored scoop outside the bowl.
      • b) Coconut oil covered during the inspection.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing station was missing paper towel. Observed the staff wiping wet hands on their pants.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure the handwashing station is always equipped with soap, paper towel, cold/hot running water.
      • Violation Score: 5
    • 209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a bag of compost on top of the open bowl of ice cubes
      • Corrective Action(s): Cover the ice.
      • Organize the freezer so that all foods are protected from contamination.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Third compartment sink sanitizer concentration measured 0ppm chlorine/QUAT
      • Corrective Action(s): Only original container of chlorine available. Instructed staff to refill sink with 100ppm chlorine. Half teaspoon to 1Liter of water (approx half filled sink needs 10 full caps/lid of chlorine)
      • Once sanitizer is redone, all spray bottles and third compartment sink measure 100ppm chlorine.
