      • 1. Surface disinfectant, preempt wipes, had expired since September 2019.-Do not use expired product to ensure its efficacy, please procure and use appropriate disinfectant such as preempt RTU.2. There was no disinfectant available to disinfect pedicure basins, the basins were only cleaned with detergent.-Please procure and use appropriate disinfectant such as preempt RTU.
    • 25. Are the equipment manufacturer's instructions for use of specific equipment available and followed?
      • The instructions on the steam equipment said to use distilled water, no distilled water was available during the inspection.-Please provide and use distilled water in the indicated equipment, follow the manual manufacturer's instructions in usage.
