      • ECS Classroom: Glass jars are accessible to children. Please store them out of reach and ensure they remain inaccessible at all times.

      • An emergency blanket is not available in the first aid kit. Please ensure an emergency blanket is included and that the kit is fully stocked with required supplies.

      • 1.3–4 Years Classroom: The cubby edges at the entrance are in disrepair. Please repair.2.. 3–4 Years Classroom: The edges of the sleeping mats are ripping, exposing the inner material. Please replace the damaged mats.3. 3–4 Years Classroom: Cardboard is being used to cover the sensory box. Please replace it with a non‑porous, easily cleanable material.4. ECS Classroom: The side panel of the hand sink cabinet is water‑damaged. Please replace the damaged panel.

      • The hot water temperature at the hand sinks is 54.5°C. Please lower it to prevent scalding. The AHS maximum recommended temperature is 49°C.

      • 3–4 Years and ECS Classrooms: Two bedsheets were observed touching each other. Please store children’s bedding separately to prevent contact.

      • Bleach at 1000 ppm is being used to sanitize toys and surfaces, and items are not being rinsed afterward. Please rinse all sanitized items when using bleach at this concentration.
