      • The dishwasher was overloaded as multiple layers of dishes were stacked, causing it to become overcrowded. Please run multiple smaller loads. If running multiple loads does not meet the facility’s demand, replace the dishwasher with a commercial model that has shorter cleaning and sanitizing cycles. Alternatively, use single‑use disposables for snacks to reduce the dishwashing load.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The hand sink did not have paper towel. Please ensure hand sink is equipped with hand washing supplies.

      • The kitchen cabinets were recently replaced, and it appeared as though a section of the cabinet was removed below the kitchen window, leaving the wall slightly damaged and not constructed of a material consistent with the remaining walls. Additionally, there was a piece of wall trim left of the dishwasher that was damaged, exposing a porous material. Please refinish the wall, and trim.

      • Kitchen sink cabinet was damaged exposing raw wood particles.-Please fix or replace the damaged kitchen cabinets to ensure smooth surface and properly cleaning and sanitizing.
