- 1. Wet cleaning cloth was hung on the faucet. Please ensure that the wet used cleaning cloths are stored in approved sanitizing solution when not in use to prevent contamination. Approved sanitizer: 1) chlorine – 100 ppm, 2) QUATS – 200ppm 3) Iodine – 12.5 ppm2. The concentration of the bleach solution was measured at 1000 ppm, which is not food‑safe at this level. The operator prepared a new bleach solution at 100 ppm to ensure it is safe for use on food‑contact surfaces.
