      • A mould / earthy taste as well as other off flavours were detected in three of the slurpee flavours (Pepsi, Orange Crush, and the Mountain Dew Dragon Fruit). Informed operator who shut down the following flavours and drained the product from the lines. Please ensure corrective actions are taken, the lines properly cleaned and disinfected, and the source of issue identified to prevent any further contamination.
