- The cooler below the oven is not maintaining a temperature of 4C or below. Please do not use this cooler until it is serviced and is in good repair. All food items were moved to a good working cooler at the time of inspection.

- The sanitizer concentration at the mechanical dishwasher is <100PPM at the time of inspection. Please ensure the concentration is 100PPM for effective sanitization of dishes. Please follow manual method of dishwashing until the dishwasher is serviced.

- The hand washing sink faucet is not in good repair. No hot and cold running water. Ensure the handwashing sink faucet is repaired and is in good working with running hot and cold water under pressure. Currently handwashing is occurring at one of the 2-compartment sinks.
