- - The concentration of the sanitizer at the point of use was <200PPM. Please check the concentration of sanitizer at frequent intervels and change should require. Corrected during inspection. - Test equipment / kit not available for one of the sanitizers used in the facilty. To check the correct concentration of chemical sanitizer, appropriate sanitizer testing equipment / kits should be obtained and stored for convenient use. Operator placed request with his service porvider for test kit, during inspection.
