      • Clock visible from the whirlpool was not operational.Ensure the clock is operational to ensure patrons are monitoring their stay in the whirlpool.

      • 1- Grout between the tiles was missing from several areas of the pool basin. Redo the grout to prevent the accumulation of debris between the tiles. 2-Jet pump was out of order and awaiting replacement. Pool will remain closed until repairs are completed.

      • Water clarity and daily visual checks of main drain covers were not recorded in daily records.Daily visual checks suction outlet covers and water clarity must be conducted and recorded pool log sheet.

      • The water in the whirlpool was not sufficiently flowing through the skimmer/gutter system to ensure properly recirculation and disinfection of the pool water.Increase the volume of water in the pool, so that pool surface water is adequately flowing through the skimmer system for proper filtration/circulation and disinfection of the pool system.

      • 1) The wall clock in the whirlpool area was not functional. Ensure functioning wall clock is provided to assist patrons in monitoring their length of stay in a whirlpool. 2) Safety and facility-appropriate lifesaving equipment such as listed below were not available:- Emergency phones - First aid kits- Throwing aid with rope not less than half the pool width, or- Reaching pole orProvide appropriate safety devices in the whirlpool area and ensure first aid equipment is available on site in case of emergencies.

      • Pseudomonas aeruginosa was isolated from sample.Pseudomonas can be present on the skin. Require patrons to take a cleansing shower using warm water and soap before entering the pool.

      • HPC at 3350 CFU/mL present in sample.HPC may come from bathers shedding of normal bacterial flora, environmental contamination, or fecal and vomitus contamination. Follow the required treatment process discussed during inspection and rebalance water.
