- Chlorine sanitizer was measured with very high concentration. The solution was discarded and fresh solution was prepared and measured as 100ppm during inspection onsite.Ensure sanitizer concentration is monitored to ensure minimum 100ppm chlorine, 200ppm quats and 12.5-25ppm iodine is maintained all the times.
