- Re-usable glasses and cups were noted being used to serve coffee and liquor in the facility. There was no dishwashing facilities in the facility. Dishes were reportedly being washed in the reprocessing sink used for washing disinfecting personal services equipment. Operator was advised to remove the re-usable dishes and switch to single use customer utensils.

- The facility is operating without a valid food handling permit. A forged permit was displayed, with the address altered from another location (Eagle ridge).The operator was instructed to immediately cease all food service operations. The forged food handling permit was removed from display.The operator must submit a new food handling permit application to the appropriate authority for review and approval before resuming any food-related activities.
