      • *** Gaps between the back door and floor were still noted in some areas. Ensure weather-stripping is fixed/repaired.

      • The baseboard/tile/steel plate was missing from the middle kitchen wall on the oven side. Ensure that walls and floors are smooth, non-porous, and easy to clean.

      • The meat slicer had an accumulation of food debris on the back.The meat slicer was property dismantled, cleaned and sanitized once requested by inspector. Meat slicer needs to be dismantled, cleaned and sanitized when used.
