      • **Outstanding Violation**- February 6, 2026January 15, 2026:Cleaning cloths were observed on the prep table at the front with no sanitizer residue detected in them/in sanitizing solution.- Please use wiping cloths with a sanitizing solution.Ensure all cleaning cloths used on food contact surfaces are placed in sanitizing solution in between use or must have adequate sanitizing solution residue in them.

A dead mouse was also noted in a rodent trap at the surrounding area within the same corridor.- Seal the gap at the bottom of the door to prevent pest entry and do a thorough cleaning of the area.2. Pest control records were not available and provided onsite during inspection.- Provide pest control records and ensure accessibility and availability onsite.

      • Boxes of jelly and slush powder were stored on the floor in the back storage room. - Please ensure all foods/boxes of foods are stored at least 6 inches off the floor.

      • The chlorine test strip onsite was expired and no replacement available at the time of inspection. - Discard the expired test strip and get unexpired replacement.Ensure unexpired test strip is available onsite to verify concentration of the sanitizing solution.

There was also evidence of water damage to the wall and baseboard under the sink.Requirement:1. Repair/fix all plumbing issues. Remove containers collecting water and clean under the sink thoroughly.2. Repair all water damage to the area.
