     • Observation: One dead mouse observed in trap in dry storage area
     • Corrective Action(s): Please remove and reset trap. Seal entry point from dining room into back kitchen area - staff door and also rolling counter have small holes where mice could enter. Seal up or block these holes with boards etc every night to prevent rodent entry from main mall hallway.
