    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Scum line noted in the deep end above the water line. Ensure that scum line is cleaned and removed.

      • Pool temperature was operating above 30C (32.7C). Thermostat for the whirlpool was not working and is causing issues with the boiler. Operator has scheduled a plumber for later in the day to service the thermostat and address the temperature fluctuations.

      • Chemical testing does not include total chlorine and combine chlorine. Ensure that TC and CCare being tested daily. A copy of a pool record sheet template will be emailed with this report forconsideration.

    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • 2 of 4 return inlets are missing the eyeball fittings. Install return eyeball fittings on the missing piping to ensure proper water recirculation is occurring in the basin. Operator has contacted pool service provider to obtain required fittings.
    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • 1. Pool basin appears to have discoloration on the tile in areas of the shallow area. This may be algae. Raise the chlorine and scrub the basin with a stiff brush to remove buildup. Superchlorination performed but additional scrubbing required.2. Scum line was cleaned and removed. Photo provided.3. Many small tiles have popped off the basin finish. Replace or repair missing tiles in the basin. Working to arrange for a tiler when basin is drained.
