      • Observation: Holes were found on the kitchen floor. (Public Health Significance) - any holes in the premises can allow the entry of pest, potentially contaminating the food and equipment.
      • Corrective Action: Operator to seal any holes on the floor.

      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Food debris found in knife containers. (Public Health Significance) - food debris can harbor bacteria that can contaminate food contact surfaces such as knives and subsequently contaminate food.
      • Corrective Action: The operator washed and sanitized the knives and the container on the same day
