    • 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
      • Observation: Paint on the wood shelves under the food prep counter in the centre of the kitchen (i.e., the island) had worn off and the shelves were chipped and damaged.
      • Corrective Action: All wood shelves & cupboards in the kitchen must be properly finished to provide surfaces that are smooth, impervious to moisture, non-toxic and easy to clean. Shelves under the food prep counter must be refinished or replaced.
