     • Observation(s): An amended licence was issued on January 16, 2019 with the following condition: "No child under 30 months of age may be provided care at any time" . In reviewing the attendance records and with speaking with staff, it has been confirmed that care was provided to a child under 30 months of age for multiply days in April (2019) contravening the condition on the Licence. At the time of the inspection, the facility was in compliance as there were no children present under the age of 30 months.
