      • Observation(s): In spray bottle, the quats solution at 100 ppm. the sanitizer in the spray bottles to be at least 200 ppm. quat. Books, binders, portable music system. with food spillage.

      • Observation(s): Update/revise the logs used to record temperatures. All food refrigerators used in any food service areas require a thermometer and should be monitored.

      • Observation(s): In spray bottle quats solution greater than 400 ppm . Recommend sanitizer in spray bottles to be at 200 ppm and store wash cloths in a solution at 400 ppm. Clean and sanitize the outside of the binders that are stored in the kitchen.
