    • Does the licensee continually inform licensing of any significant changes to the structure or operation of the facility?
      • Observation(s): The facility has added a child care area in the hallway and did not provide a notification of the change in information provided to Licensing. A revised floor plan for our records is required as this is a change to the application floor plan which was previously submitted. This was provided during the inspection. Thank-you.

    • Are there plans and actions in place to ensure medications are stored and administered properly?
      • Observation(s): A bottle of acidophilus Bifidus was accessible to children in a fridge which they accessed for their lunches. This was corrected and moved out of reach of children during the inspection. This was corrected during the inspection.
