      • Observed ceiling tiles missing in Out of School Care room (110), leaving a section of the ceiling exposed. The facility is not being maintained in a good state of repair. Missing ceiling tiles can allow dust and debris to accumulate or enter occupied areas, making cleaning more difficult and increasing the potential for contamination. Plastic baseboards in the out of school care room (110) was observed detached/peeling from the wall. This may impede effective cleaning and sanitation. Repair and replace the missing ceiling tiles and re-attach or replace the damaged baseboard in OSC room (110).

      • Observed six bottles of Artist Series tempera paint with-out a non-toxic claim available in the Kinder room (113). No safety data sheets were available on-site or online to verify the product's non-toxic status. Childcare facilities must be maintained in a safe, hazard-free condition. Restrict or remove tempera paint from the facility and replace with paints labeled non- toxic or with the Approved Product Seal by the Art and Creative Materials Institute.All other chemicals were appropriately stored in locked cabinets.

      • Observed ceiling tiles missing in Out of School Care room (110), leaving a section of the ceiling exposed. The facility is not being maintained in a good state of repair.       • One sink used for toy washing in the OSC room was also being used for hand washing. The sink used for toy washing must not be the same as the handwashing sink. A separate sink must be designated for toy washing. Handwashing sinks cannot be used for this purpose. Please use the two-compartment sink for toy washing. Education was provided.

      • At the time of inspection, it was noted that one child was resting on the floor in the kinder room with a blanket.The blanket was stored in the other room with other blankets which does not allow for adequate separation. Please ensure that children have designated areas to sleep with sleeping mats or material that can be cleaned and disinfected. Please ensure that the blankets are stored separately when used.
