      • * Weatherstripping in the receiving bay was observed to be missing allowing for gaps that could facilitate pest entry. Please replace ** Holes observed on the wall close to the receiving bay. Ensure all holes are filled.

      • Mouse droppings are observed along the wall and beside shelving near the back exit door. Ensure mouse droppings are cleaned up.

      • Mouse droppings were noted in various areas such as the perimeter of the back areas.It is important to conduct more frequent cleaning of the affected areas. Keep products at least 6" off floor and away from the walls. Mouse droppings were observed in various areas. Operator indicated that a pest control company technician comes biweekly. However, please ensure facility operators conduct maintenance repairs and cleaning to reduce the amount of droppings/pests.

      • 1. A gap is observed on the door trimming beside the exit door in the receiving area which may be a potential route of entry for pests. 2. A large hole in the wall is observed behind the bailer. 3. A small hole is observed in the wall beside the bay door. 1-3. Ensure that the indicated holes and/or gaps are sealed to help prevent pests from entering the facility.

      • Some non high traffic areas were showing collection of debris, therefore, allowing for pest droppings to build. Please consider increasing cleaning frequency of these areas. The areas should be washed with cleaning agents and also inspected for any unwanted gaps/openings.

      • 1. Cleaning is required in the corner behind the cardboard compactor. 2. A buildup of food debris and/or grime are observed beneath the dry-food display shelving in the front display area. 3. A buildup of food debris is observed beneath the bread shelving. 1-3. Ensure that the indicated areas are cleaned and/or organized.

The weatherstripping at the bottom of the vendor entrance door is noted with a gap. 3. A hole in the wall is observed beside the vendor entrance door which may permit the entry of pests into the facility. 1. Ensure that the dead mouse is disposed of in a safe and sanitary manner.2. Ensure that the indicated weatherstripping is repaired or replaced to help prevent pests from entering the facility.3. Ensure that the hole is sealed.

      • Mouse droppings were noted in various areas such as the perimeter of the back areas, by the corner wall of the front store freezer and sandwich bags area, underneath the shelves of the bread aisle. It is important to conduct more frequent cleaning of the affected areas. Additional traps should be added such as underneath the bread shelf. Some traps appear to be dented and may need to be replaced. Inspect walls, floors, ceiling regularly and close off any open/unwanted openings. Keep products at least 6" off floor and away from the walls. Mouse droppings were observed in various areas. Operator indicated that a pest control company technician comes biweekly. However, please ensure facility operators conduct maintenance repairs and cleaning to reduce the amount of droppings/pests.
