      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach water sanitizer in spray bottle measured at greater than 200 ppm chlorine. Repeat violation.
      • Corrective Action(s): Corrected. Contents of spray bottle discarded. Bleach water sanitizer was remade and measured 100 to 200 ppm chlorine. Discussed requirements with owner at time of inspection.
